You see in order to get rid of the belly and Have a flat visible six
pack you’ve got to get down to a low body fat percentage and that means
losing weight You need to get your body fat percentage down to 10 % or
so.

So first and foremost, that means you’re going to have to start eating
the right foods and get organized with your diet and cut back
drastically on those “take away” s OK?
The most important thing is to make your diet is as natural and
unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over
processing of food that makes it unhealthy, and those over processed
foods can totally wreck your metabolism and hormone balance
For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains (even better are sprouted grains,
And Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from high nutrient whole foods like fruit.
And Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils
found in snacks from the supermarket (these are THE worst thing in the
modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like
nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and
so on
The point is do not fall for some gimmicky diet an like extremely low
carb diet or low fat, super high protein diet, or any other combination
that has you focusing on one foodstuff over another.
Your body needs all sorts of foods to thrive and obtain a variety of
vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut out an entire food
group just works against what your body needs. (Like the infamous Atkins
diet)
And for snacks try nuts, veggie sticks or dried fruit , fruit smoothies and whole fruit are good as well
And NO junk foods, Really none at all
And when it comes to exercise, do NOT focus on ab exercises to the
exclusion of everything else, in fact do them only a couple of times a
week, instead focus on whole body exercises like football, cycling,
tennis, rowing, water skiing, swimming (especially good, have you SEEN
the abs on those Olympic swimmers) in fact any whole body exercise you
enjoy is best (so you’ll be more motivated to do it) .
In short If you want great looking flat abs, focus on those full body
exercises instead of focusing so much on training the abs directly!
